financni_ukazatele

Spočítá finanční ukazatele (ROE, ROA, ROS, likvidity, zadluženost, obrat aktiv, EBIT/EBITDA…) z účetních závěrek firmy, po letech. Nese `zdroj`/`spolehlivost` dat. Jen z DB/cache (nespouští scraping).

financni_vykazy

Vrátí účetní závěrky firmy (rozvaha + výkaz zisku a ztráty) po letech, sestupně. Každá závěrka nese `zdroj` a `spolehlivost` (overeno/odhad/demo) — agent podle nich pozná kvalitu dat. Jen z DB/cache (nespouští scraping).

detail_firmy

Vrátí detail firmy podle IČO: název, DIČ, stav DPH, sídlo, právní forma, spisová značka, základní kapitál, statutární orgán, společníci a CZ-NACE. Také kategorie zaměstnanců z RES, souhrn insolvence s datem kontroly a finanční souhrn (tržby, zisk, trendy) z uložených závěrek bez demo dat. Insolvence nelustrovano/chyba znamená neověřeno; finance:null znamená nedostupné údaje, nikoli nulové hospodaření. Trend srovnává roky rok a predchoziRok. Objekt `dph` nese `stav` (platce | nespolehlivyPlatce | identifikovanaOsoba | neplatce) a `overenoK` se stářím dat. `dph: null` nebo `stav: null` znamená NEOVĚŘENO — netvrď z toho, že firma plátce není.

vyhledej_firmu

Vyhledá české ekonomické subjekty podle názvu a volitelných filtrů (kraj, právní forma, NACE, obec). Vrací stránku výsledků + celkový počet. Data z ARES RES a obchodního rejstříku.
