This one needs environment variables set before it will start: SHOWTIME_MCP_BASE (Folder that relative paths and new video projects resolve against (default: the client's working folder).), SHOWTIME_HOME (Where showtime keeps its tools, models and caches (default: ~/.showtime).), SHOWTIME_MCP_TOOLS (all lists every tool (voice, music, transcription ...); default: the ten core tools.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
