This one needs environment variables set before it will start: POLYMARKET_PRIVATE_KEY (Polygon wallet private key for trading. Leave unset for read-only mode.), LEMON_CAKE_BUYER_JWT (LemonCake Buyer JWT for pay-per-call billing.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
