This one needs environment variables set before it will start: ARCGIS_URL (Your ArcGIS Portal URL (e.g., https://portal.company.com/portal)), ARCGIS_USERNAME (Your ArcGIS Portal Username), ARCGIS_PASSWORD (Your ArcGIS Portal Password).
