This one needs environment variables set before it will start: ESIMFLY_ACCESS_CODE (eSIMfly API access code (esf_...)), ESIMFLY_SECRET_KEY (eSIMfly API secret key (sk_...)), ESIMFLY_MCP_ALLOW_WRITES (Set to true to enable ordering, top-up, cancel, suspend, SMS and webhook tools). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.

This endpoint answered with an authorization challenge. The server is running, and it signs you in through your browser: there is no API key to paste.
