This one needs environment variables set before it will start: KIE_API_KEY (Your kie.ai API key from https://kie.ai/api-key), KIE_PROJECT_ROOT (Directory where generated files are saved (under kie/assets/raw/). Defaults to cwd.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
