This one needs environment variables set before it will start: MAPLE_TOOL_TIMEOUT_SECONDS (Longest a tool call may run before it fails (default 120).), MAPLE_PUMF_CACHE_DIR (Folder for downloaded PUMF microdata (default: system temp).). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
