This one needs environment variables set before it will start: DOCLING_RS_CACHE_DIR (Where `docling-rs-mcp --download-models` puts the PDF/image models and the server finds them (default ~/.cache/docling.rs).), DOCLING_RS_OCR_LANG (OCR language for scans: en (default), ch, or a BCP-47 tag.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
