Today is the operative word: we check CGC Airport Transfers every 15 minutes and re-read its code on every release. Watch it and you find out the day that stops being true.

availability
check_availability
Whether CGC can take a pre-booked pickup at a given date and time. Transfers run 24/7 by pre-booking except Christmas Day (25 December). Standard rates apply 6am–9pm AEST; pickups between 9pm and 6am carry an after-hours fee, shown in the quote before booking. Same-day requests should phone 0416 131 285. Christmas Day and the booking engine's blackout windows are closed (available:false with the closure message); some windows close only some vehicles. Travel within 12 hours needs direct contact.
quote
get_quote
Exact fixed prices for a transfer between two locations, straight from the live booking engine. Per vehicle, AUD, GST and tolls included, locked at booking, no surge. If the route has no fixed price the response says so — never estimate a figure yourself. Every quote without stops includes book_url (and one per vehicle in book_urls): a pre-filled booking page the customer completes, accepts terms and pays on. Give the customer that link exactly as returned, utm tags included, so the booking is attributed to an AI assistant; pass date, time, passengers, return leg, luggage, child seats and flight here so the link carries them. With a date, closures are checked first: on Christmas Day (25 December) or inside a blackout window the response is available:false with the closure message and no prices. fares_aud are always ONE-WAY fares; with return_date the quote adds return_totals_aud, the whole return trip per vehicle (outbound plus the return leg at the booking form's return discount) — quote that for a return, never the one-way fare. If the return starts or ends somewhere else (in to one hotel, back from another), add return_pickup and/or return_dropoff: each trip is then priced at its own fare and the return discount comes off the cheaper trip, exactly as the booking form does. Stops on the way (up to 4 each way): add stops, and return_stops for the way back on a return. The booking form adds the detour through them, charged by the extra distance and the same for every vehicle, and the quote gives totals_aud (one way) or return_totals_aud (a return) with the stops in: quote those. A quote with stops has no book_url (the booking form's links can't carry stops yet): book it with request_booking.
request
request_booking
Lodge a booking. On success this returns a secure checkout_url: give it to the customer to pay directly (their card, never through you). No payment is ever taken through this tool itself. A pickup on a closed day or inside a blackout window is refused (accepted:false) before anything is lodged. Stops on the way (up to 4 each way): stops, and return_stops on a return, the same as the get_quote you quoted; the booking is made at the booking form's own total with the stops in it. Requires agent_key (contact [email protected] to obtain one).
service
get_service_info

CGC Airport Transfers — questions

Answers built from our own checks of this server.

What can CGC Airport Transfers do?
It exposes 4 tools, read directly from the server on our last check. Among them: check_availability, get_quote, get_service_info, request_booking. The full list with descriptions is on this page — we take it from the server itself via tools/list, not from a README. How MCP servers expose tools in the first place →
Is CGC Airport Transfers working right now?
We send a real MCP handshake every 15 minutes. Over the last 24 hours 91 of 91 checks got a reply (100.0%), average response time 1440 ms. The bar chart above shows every period we have measured.
How do I connect CGC Airport Transfers?
Copy the ready config from this page. We generate it for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, each in the form that client actually reads. It is a remote server, so there is nothing to install — the client connects to the address.
Does CGC Airport Transfers need an API key?
No. CGC Airport Transfers completed a full MCP handshake with us as an anonymous client and listed its tools without asking for anything. All 4 of them are readable on this page. This is what we observed, not what the docs claim.
How fast is CGC Airport Transfers?
It answers our handshake in 1440 ms on average, which is faster than 1% of all working MCP servers we measure. That is on the slow side — worth knowing if the tool sits inside an interactive loop. The comparison comes from our own checks across the whole registry, every 15 minutes.
