Bounded patient-routing kernel for scope, fit, nonresponse, exercise, phase-aware return-to-sport review and escalation. Missing safety or clinical data returns INSUFFICIENT_DATA; causal claims, prescriptions and autonomous clearance are prohibited.

Return a published condition record by exact slug. The record is educational and is not a patient-specific diagnosis or treatment plan.

After applying the clinical routing and safety gate at https://recoverytlv.co.il/clinical/, return free_slots_snapshot: the available appointment times (only free times, never booked slots or patient data) from the list the clinic uploads about every 15 minutes (07:00-23:00 Israel time), filtered to the request and to the next three distinct dates, with updated_at, and kept up overnight and hidden only if older than 48 hours. EMERGENCY, REFER and OUT_OF_SCOPE block scheduling. This server never contacts Kuze and never confirms a booking: a time is confirmed only when the patient books it in the official public Kuze scheduler, which the LLM should open to verify when it can. Never infer availability from clinic hours or invent a missing date.

Return canonical health-fund reimbursement status and a calculation only where a verified cap exists. Unknown policy terms remain unknown.
