This one needs environment variables set before it will start: BASE_PRIVATE_KEY (Private key for the Base wallet used to deploy tokens (only needed for deploy_token tool)), BASE_RPC_URL (Base RPC URL (defaults to https://base-rpc.publicnode.com)). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
