Accepts a neighbourhood name, a district name or a URL slug. Returns euros per m² per month, an estimated monthly rent for a reference flat, the sale price per m², gross rental yield where both figures describe the same quarter, and the quarter each figure comes from.

The quarterly series of registered rents for one Barcelona neighbourhood or district, and how much it has changed over the window. Use for questions about whether rents are rising or falling in a specific area. Figures run from 2014 for neighbourhoods and 2000 for districts.
