This one needs environment variables set before it will start: ATHENODE_PROJECT_DIR (Project root holding .athenode/config.json (run `npx @athenode/cli init` there first). Defaults to the working directory or the client's first root.), ATHENODE_TOKEN (Project token; overrides the one stored by `athenode init`.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
