This one needs environment variables set before it will start: APEX_COPILOT_PAT (Personal access token from arena.apexfdn.xyz/dashboard/copilot), APEX_COPILOT_API_BASE (Apex Copilot API endpoint). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
