Get a catalog exercise by its exact slug from search_exercises, including reviewed equipment, a 15-second Mux video segment and up to five newest confirmed workout appearances. The full_video_url opens the complete workout on YouTube; there is no separate YouTube demo. Use stored start_seconds directly: the four-second lead-in adjustment is already applied. Do not claim clinical or technique certification. If video_status is unavailable, offer the exercise page without inventing a video.

Results distinguish bodyweight and weighted variations. If equipment is unspecified, show matching variations or ask which one. Empty results mean no catalog match; do not invent a demo. Not for diagnosis or personalized injury rehabilitation.
