This one needs environment variables set before it will start: SEC_USER_AGENT (Contact string sent to SEC EDGAR on every request, in the form "Your Name [email protected]". EDGAR returns HTTP 403 without it, so the three SEC tools need this set; all other tools work without it.). The author declared them in the registry entry; get the values from the project itself.
