Webinar Content Repurposer

Turn one webinar into 20+ pieces of content across multiple channels.

Contents

  • references/asset-catalog.md - Full inventory of asset types, funnel mapping, and creation priority.
  • references/output-template.md - The complete Markdown repurposing-plan template to fill in.
  • references/best-practices.md - Best practices, trigger phrases, and example request/response.

Workflow

  • Ingest the source. Accept a transcript, video file, or slide deck. Identify topics, narrative structure, speaker names, expertise areas, visual aids, demos, and data points.
  • Analyze the content. Extract 5-7 key themes, 10-15 notable quotes, the data points and statistics, the Q&A questions, and timestamps for every clip-worthy moment.
  • Segment the audience. Map insights to funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision, retention). See references/asset-catalog.md.
  • Select assets. Choose which formats to produce across blog posts, social media, email, sales enablement, visual content, and video clips. See references/asset-catalog.md for the full inventory.
  • Generate the plan. Fill in references/output-template.md, replacing every bracketed placeholder with content from the source. Attribute quotes and include timestamps throughout.
  • Build the distribution calendar. Sequence assets across Weeks 1-3 plus evergreen, prioritizing quick wins for immediate publishing.
  • Define tracking. List the metrics to monitor and the A/B tests to run for ongoing optimization.

See references/best-practices.md for quality rules, trigger phrases, and a worked example.
