uc-taskmanager Init

Initialize the current project for uc-taskmanager pipeline execution.

Steps

1. Create works/ directory

How to use it

Copy the folder

Take davepoon/uctm-init from the repository into ~/.claude/skills for personal use, or into .claude/skills inside a project.

Check the name does not clash
