Runs a PLAN/COLLECT/CONFIRM/EXPLORE workflow that freezes hypotheses, tests, exclusions, and stopping rules before data, then forces unplanned findings to be labeled exploratory (their p-values lose confirmatory status, per COS confirmatory/exploratory model).
